Blisspod, Venetian Series, 2 person Sauna is Full Spectrum, Infrared Sauna. Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid infrared & far infrared. With the addition of near & mid infrared, you will get the maximum benefit from your Blisspod sauna.

Near infrared is the shortest wavelength and is absorbed just below the surface of the skin, creating a good sweat during your session. Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that reaches deeper, adding a warmth you can feel through the whole session. Far infrared is the longest wavelength and gives the deepest, most enveloping warmth of the three, great for a long, relaxing sweat at the end of the day.
